Otter 1.0.3 Web Browser Release with Opera 12 Interface

14 months after the last release of Available Free Web Browser Release Otter 1.0.3 , aimed at recreating the classic Opera 12 interface, independent of specific browser engines and advanced user-oriented users who are not taking trends to simplify interface and Reduce configuration options.
