Proton-PM has developed a corporate standard of profession of operator-adjuster

Proton-PM (enters the integrated NGO structure Energomash of Roskosmos State Corporation) developed and approved the corporate standard “Operator-adjuster of progressive machines with software control”. The document systematizes the requirements for the enterprise to the profession.

The application of the standard will allow to conduct a cross-cutting staff assessment, select new employees through checking the level of skills, develop short-term training programs and organize subsequent training of employees, applicants and students of Dzuzov and universities.

Operator-adjuster Machines with software control is one of the key professions at the enterprise, which determines the cycle of the production of turbocharging units (TNA) rocket engines. About a third of the complexity of manufacturing TNA accounts for mechanical processing. In the conditions of deficiency in the labor market, workers’ universal – Tokares and millovermen – most of the operations are translated on machines with software control. The approved document is intended to evaluate the work of an employee on a turning three-axis machine. In 2022, it is planned to develop another corporate standard that defines the requirements for the profession of the processing center operator.

All this will increase the normalized working and generally increase productivity in the enterprise. ”

Recall that in June 2021 Proton-PM passed a federal competitive selection for the creation of corporate centers of advanced training (KCOC). Standard “Operator-adjatching machine tools with software control” acts as a methodological basis for the work of the KCC. The document was developed together with ANO “Agency of Professional Skill Development” (WorldSkills Russia) within the framework of the National Project “Labor Productivity”.
