The only senator of the national gathering (NR), Stéphane Ravier, announced, Thursday, February 10, that he retired “of all the Parisian bodies” of the far-right party following a conflict with A Marine Le Pen advisor about a sponsorship.
Franck Allisio, Vice-Chairman of the RN Group (chaired by Mr. Ravier) at Marseille Municipal Council and adviser to M Me Le Pen, left this group in early February, with three Other elected officials. He intended to protest against the retention in the latter of an elected Rn (excluded since), Sophie Grech, who had given his sponsorship to Eric Zemmour for the presidential.
“Marseille first”
Furious of this decision, Mr. Ravier had called the parties to decide between him and Mr. Allisio. “Jordan Bardella [Acting President of the RN] said Franck Allisio had all his support. The choice was made, that of a Parisian bureaucrate who ransacked thirty years of work in Marseille,” said the senator Bouches-du-Rhône during a speech, Thursday night, in front of its permanence in Marseille, where were gathered some 150 party activists.
“I withdraw from all the Parisian authorities, to devote me to Marseille by creating a movement, Marseille first,” he added, without definitively leaving the RN. Mr. Ravier was part of the NR National Office, the Party’s extended management, as well as the National Council, its “Parliament”.

“All that for a sponsorship, because mine she [Marine Le Pen] has!”, regretted the senator. “At a given moment, too, it’s too much, I’m loyal, I gave my sponsorship, we can not accuse me of betrayal,” he insisted.
