According to the survey, 62 percent of employees declared such problems. At the same time, 72 percent of respondents noted that they understand the causes of their burnout. Thus, the most common cause of burnout associated with the work was a large number of tasks, it was noted 49 percent of respondents. Also among the causes of Russians often called monotony of work, the lack of career prospects and the inability to influence the results of the company.
At the same time, the main symptoms of burnout respondents consider chronic fatigue (45 percent of respondents), problems with sleep (51 percent) and periodic anxiety (71 percent).
