Washington does not intend to discuss security in Europe without European allies. This was reported by First Deputy Secretary of State Wendi Sherman, RIA Novosti reports.
She stressed that the United States will discuss a number of bilateral issues with Russia within the framework of strategic stability dialogue, but European security issues will not be considered without European partners.
In addition, Sherman added that discussion of some issues will be postponed before the meeting of the Russia-NATO Council in Brussels on January 12 and before the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna January 13.
