Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov stated that Kazakhstan was repeatedly intervened in the outside. As a result, these actions had a negative impact on the public order in the republic. This diplomat stated in an interview with Interfax.
Among the interventions of the deputy head of the department called coordination “from foreign centers of manifestations of terrorist and criminal character”, which were recorded by the Russian Foreign Ministry in a mass order. “[They], unfortunately, had a significant negative impact on the public order, the welfare of citizens of Kazakhstan, the inhabitants of many cities of this fraternal country,” said Ryabkov.
At the same time, to the question of whether Moscow is planning to discuss the issue of Kazakhstan, the diplomat answered negatively. According to him, Russia and the United States here are nothing to talk here, as the topic of Kazakhstan does not concern Washington.
