The Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Erlan Turgumbayev said that the arrangements of the riots in the country were better organized and armed, and also used radio communications. His words lead RIA Novosti.
“At the same time, the protesters demonstrated professional skills. In their actions there is a discipline and organization,” said the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, adding that radio stations were used to coordinate actions.
Earlier, Turgumbayev said that police officers and cadets were beaten and deprived of their forms and specials. Also in order to undermine the authority of the authorities, the criminals moved into the form of police and military and committed unlawful actions. According to him, all over 400 cars were damaged and destroyed during the riots, of which 346 – policemen.
