The White House made a successful outcome of negotiations with Russia and stated that progress on certain issues could be achieved within the framework of the bilateral format of dialogue on strategic stability, or multilaterally within the framework of the Russia – NATO or the OSCE, or in both cases. In the United States believe in an effective dialogue between the parties need to take equal responsibilities.
“Any discussion of these intersects the sphere in which we might be able to make progress, should be the counter. And by that we mean not just that Russia will have to do something in response to any moves which will take the US or allies, but that the two sides will have in fact to take on the same obligations “, – urged officials
