Kazakh Silovik committed suicide refused to shoot in demonstrators

Susicide, the head of the police of the Zhambyl region Zhanat Suleimenov during the mass riots gave the subordinate order not to shoot in demonstrators. About this on the terms of anonymity was told by the publication ORDA his colleagues.

Portal’s interlocutors revealed the details of the attack on the city department of the police, who led the dead, on the night of January 6th. Suleimanov believed that the protesters would not dare to take the building with storm, and in the case of shooting, civilians could suffer. He refused to fight with demonstrators, but at the same time he did not take into account that some of them were armed and brought with them the Bulgarians with the purpose of opening the doors and capture the weapons arsenal.

“in his order was not evil intent, he simply did not want extra casualties among the civilians who would most likely have been off the fire, because the department was in the center of the city. No one knew that the attackers were prepared in advance”, – told the colleagues of the dead.

Lie Suleimanov’s tribunal for a challenged order – subordinates were difficult to answer. At the same time, they assured that Suleimanov, after the bosses that had happened in front of the face, took all responsibility for herself, “Overall as a real officer.” On Tuesday, January 11, colleagues said goodbye to the fallen on the fee and sent his body to the capital.

The death of Zhanat Suleimenov became known on Monday, January 10. The officer was found dead in his office. During the riots in the Zhambyl region, 10 people were killed, almost 40 fell into the hospital. The security forces managed to delay more than 150 participants in the pogroms.
