South of Kazakhstan called “weak place” on the territory of Central Asia. Opinion was shared by a former adviser to the first President of the Republic of Nursultan Nazarbayev Ermukhamet Ertysbayev on the air of Youtube-channel “Soloviev Live”.
“The militants understood that the weakest place of Central Asia is the south of Kazakhstan,” said Ertysbayev. He added that it was premature to talk about victory over the militants, so they could “dissolve” in the unknown expanses of the country.
Advisor Nazarbayev expressed the hope that Russian troops and servicemen of other CSTO countries will stay in Kazakhstan for a long time, as they guarantee a stable situation in the republic. “To say that everything stabilized – early,” Ertysbayev is sure.
The first divisions of the CSTO worldmakers arrived in Kazakhstan on January 6th. They started guarding government buildings while Kazakhstani security officials fought with the organizers and participants of the mass riots. The President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Zhomart Tokayev highly appreciated the role of Russian troops in pointing order in the republic and thanked Russian leader Vladimir Putin for support.
However, the conclusion of peacemakers will begin on January 13, clarified Tokayev. He argued this by the fact that in all Kazakhstan a calm situation, which means that the CSTO mission was successfully completed.
