Anuar reported that his 12-year-old Brother Sultan was shot in Alma-Ata. A teenager with mom stood on the street in line to the store, the products were released through the window. Suddenly sounded shots. The boy thought it was salute, and began to shoot on the phone. “As soon as Sultan turned off the camera and turned around, he was shot in the head,” says Anuar.

It was impossible to come to the boy because of firing. In ambulance and police did not respond to calls. Eyewitnesses stopped passing past the car, the child was taken to the hospital.

In the clinic, the boy died. This information first reported doctors, but the next morning they said to parents of Sultan that there are no bullets in his head. The mother thought the boy, the bullet went through, but did not find her at the murder site.

The family of a teenager found a man who fell on the video moment of murder. “We were able to confirm that the shots were produced from the Kalashnikov machine gun, the bullets were not rubber,” said Anuar.

According to official data, two children died during the riots in Kazakhstan.
