Belarus: a conspirator received three months of Haupwachta for participating in protests

In Belarus, the Soldier-conscript received three months of arrest on Haupwachte for participating in protest actions in August 2020. This is reported on the website of the General Prosecutor’s Office.

The serviceman was incriminated to participate in group actions, roughly violating public order and conjugate with disobedience to the legal requirements of government representatives.

According to the charge, from August 10 to August 11, 2020, the defendant participated in protest actions in Minsk and went to the roadway, which led to the failure of public transport. The proof was the photos that he published in social networks.

The court of the factory district of Minsk appointed a punishment in the form of three months of arrest with serving on the warndant’s guattrophta.

Previously, the member of the Coordination Council of the Belarusian opposition Maria Kolesnikov said to the women’s correctional colony in Gomel. Previously, she was sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment on charges of conspiracy with the aim of seizing the authorities and the creation of extremist formation. The oppositionist did not recognize the guilt and refused to ask for pardon.
