On December 24, the Supreme Court of Belarus left unchanged the sentence of the opposition to the articles about the conspiracy in order to capture the authorities and the creation of extremist formation. All appeals of Kolesnikova were rejected. “The next two weeks it will be on quarantine,” the human rights defenders told.
In 2020, Kolesnikova headed the EX-Head of Belgazprombank Viktor Babarico, who was considered the main rival Alexander Lukashenko in the elections of the head of state. After the start of mass protests, which covered the country due to possible falsifications on the presidential election, the special services tried to force the girl from the country.
On September 6, 2021, the court sentenced Kolesnikov and her colleague Maxim sign to 11 and 10 years of imprisonment. They did not recognize his guilt and refused to ask for pardon.
