Deputy Foreign Ministry of Russia Sergey Ryabkov commented on the negotiations of delegations from Moscow and Washington on security guarantees and strategic stability, which took place earlier in Geneva. The broadcast of the press conference publishes RT.
Summing up the meeting, he stated that the American side does not have an understanding of how important Russia is important to solve the issues presented in the negotiations. Ryabkov also called Washington to stop underestimating the risks of military confrontation.
“The main questions are suspended, and we do not see that from the American side there is an understanding of the imperativeness of their solution in the veneer arranging us,” he stressed.
