Revenge Gazprom’s incomes from sale of gas abroad

Gazprom’s income from Gaza’s exports in January-November last year took off more than twice as compared to the same period of 2020 and amounted to $ 47.02 billion. Such an amount is disclosed in the materials of the Federal Customs Service (FCS) of Russia.

The physical volume of gas exports during this period rose by 2.5 percent (up to 186.8 billion cubic meters). In November, the company has increased sales abroad by 3.1 percent compared with October (up to 14.3 billion cubic meters). In terms of value, exports rose by 16.8 percent, to 7.2 billion dollars.

In November, the average export cost of gas supplies increased to $ 503.5 per thousand cubic meters against $ 443.5 in October.

Sakhalin Energy and Yamal LNG companies from the export of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in January-November increased by 4.3 percent, up to 6.76 billion dollars. The FCS also said that Russia in January-November increased oil exports in value terms by 49.5 percent, to $ 99.404 billion. Revenues from electricity supply amounted to 1.1 billion dollars, it is 2.6 times more than in 11 months of 2020.

In September 2021, a number of European Parliament deputies called on the European Commission to begin investigating against Gazprom due to record increase in gas prices.
