Berlin is trying to intervene in the domestic political processes in Russia, the representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry said on the eve of the meeting of the head of the department of Sergei Lavrov with the German counterpart Annaleno Berbok, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
The Foreign Ministry said that the background of the introduction of economic sanctions, Berlin does not stop attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of Russia. “From the German side, attempts are made to influence internal political processes in Russia, in German media there is an uncomplicated anti-Russian propaganda, and there is an alternative submission of information, including Russian and Russian-speaking media in Germany,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The agenda of the visit of the head of the two states became known on January 14th. At the meeting, which will occur on January 18 in Moscow, Sergey Lavrov will discuss with Annalen Bibli issues of European security and future negotiations.
