He stated that Moscow and Minsk carefully approach the border guard issues and regularly arrange joint patrols on the Tu-22m3 long-range bombers and the Su-30 cm multi-purpose fighters.
The new edition of the military doctrine of the Union State took into account military threats, as well as the threat of “color revolutions” and “provoking internal destabilization using private military structures,” says Gryzlov.
“Questions about military bases, training centers, development of the air defense system, the expansion of military-technical cooperation and so on should be considered within the framework of the Military Doctrine mentioned,” the ambassador concluded.
