The mandatory port of the outdoor mask is returning to certain places of the capital. The Paris Police Prefect, Didier Lallement, took, on Monday 17 January, a new decree on the mandatory port of the mask in the public space after the cancellation, last week, by the administrative court of a text suspending this Obligation.
The new decree lists “a series of circumstances and places in which the population density does not guarantee, without the mask, the good respect for barrier gestures”, explains the prefecture in a statement.
