“Natalia Poklonsky has changed personal circumstances, and her departure of the Ambassador in Cape Verde will not take place for these reasons,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
Earlier, the Poklonskaya reported that he refused to become ambassador in Cape Verde. She did not specify which circumstances served to cancel the appointment. She stressed that he wants to be a useful state and ready for any position where the country will help.
