The situation with the supervision of Russians is becoming more critical. Almost half of borrowers (45 percent) are closer to new debts in order to serve already existing, writing “news” with reference to the study of the international confederation of consumer societies (confede). About 74 percent of Russians over the past two years took a consumer loan. Most often (44 percent) borrowers are people aged 35-44 years.
