In Germany, gas reserves remained for several days, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the message of the Ministry of Economy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
According to the department, the gas storage houses are filled with 50.6 percent, which means that the gas remaining in them is enough for use within 18 days.
The answer of the ministry followed the deputy request from the Bundestag. At the same time, the calculations were produced as of January 11. “According to the consolidated register of gas storage facilities of the European Association Gas Infrastructure Europe, German gas storage facilities are filled with 50.6 percent (as of January 11, 2022). This corresponds to the theoretical availability of the working gas by 17.7 days,” the document says.
