Customers of the Bank Home Credit in December 2021 significantly increased regarding December 2020, the volume of credit card transactions – by 36.4 percent. The values ​​of December 2020 were in terms of the number of cards issued were exceeded by the bank about twice, and without taking into account installments – 3.2 times. This trend was continued on the holidays of January 2022 – the volume of transactions increased by 1.3 times compared with the corresponding period last year. The main drivers of this segment of the bank’s business segment are credit benefit cards with Cashbank for all purchases and especially flagship card “120 days without percent” with a long graspidium and free receiving. Most often, customers paid for these cards in categories “Food”, “Clothing and shoes” and “home products”. At the same time in December 2020 – early January 2021 in second place were “home goods”, and on the third – “clothes and shoes”. According to analysts of the bank, it was due to the fact that a year ago, people spent more time from the locomotion.

The increase in the credit card portfolio of the home loan in December amounted to 5.5 percent in relative terms – it became the highest result in the market (according to FRANK RG). At the same time, the share of the bank a home loan in this segment by the end of 2021 reached 1.42 percent with an indicator of 1.14 percent a year earlier.

The segment of digital installments issued through the bank’s partners has grown even stronger – 7 times with respect to 2021. At the same time, the popularity of subscriptions for techniques and gadgets from Forward Leasing has increased (enters the perimeter of the Home Credit Group in Russia). Compared to December last year, such subscriptions were decorated by 60 percent more.
