The first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov called on not to attach the meanings of the statements of NATO Jens Stoleberg, reports RIA Novosti.
Senator called NATO Secretary General and said that it should not be taken seriously. “Stoltenberg absolutely insane, he does not understand what he says. I think it is not necessary to seriously perceive,” Jabarov emphasized.
Previously, the State Duma deputy Vyacheslav Nikonov ridiculed NATO’s proposal to resume the work of representative offices. He reminded that Russian representation was prevented to work over long years.
January 26, Stoltenberg offered Russia to restore the missions in Moscow and Brussels. He also called on to establish a direct communication line and most often use military contacts to avoid incidents.
In addition, Stoltenberg declared serious disagreements with Russia and called for a country to dialogue. He is confident that communication is an important tool in the process of resolving contradictions.
