NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the North Atlantic Alliance and Russia have a number of serious disagreements, RIA Novosti reports.
Stoltenberg recognized the presence of serious disagreements from Russia and called for the country to dialogue. According to him, this is an important tool for resolving contradictions.
Previously, NATO Secretary General proposed Russia to restore the mission in Moscow. He also called on to establish a direct line of communication and use military contacts, which will avoid incidents.
