“The Taliban would not even exist if not concerning Pakistan’s support,” the Mochib pointed out. He added that this state was the host for them, it allowed them to operately act, recruit supporters, to find funding and acquire weapons, relocate families and even receive official documents and residence permit.
According to the ex-advisor, the Ghani administration has repeatedly raised the Pakistani question, but foreign states preferred to ignore this topic and the role of Pakistan in the collapse of the Afghan government.
