According to the minister, Berlin should not refund damages if the regulator decides that the pipeline does not correspond to the law of the European Union and Germany. “Currently, the Federal Network Agency has suspended the certification procedure. If it is resumed, this procedure should decide whether the conditions for approval in accordance with German and European Rules are observed. And if this is not the case, the compensation is not relumed,” said he.
