South Korean politician explained that it is Sakhalin, Amur, Khabarovsk, Magadan, Kamchatka and Chukotka, where, according to him, there are many Koreans. He noted that these territories need to be taken into the long-term rental to create a belt of economic development towards Busan – Vladivostok.
In addition, Ho Yong Gonen loosened, which in these areas, which in its area several times higher than the territory of South Korea, it will be possible to produce agricultural products, including soy and wheat, which will help strengthen the relations between Russia and the Republic of Korea. Also, the politician declared the possibility of construction in the region of a nuclear power plant, which would supply the Korean Peninsula. The presidential candidate added that if Korea would develop the eastern part of the country, Russia will receive profit and economic advantages, and the Far East turns into a developed, vital region.
Previously, the President of the Russian Federation in the Far East, Yuri Trutnev said that in 2021, the sale of Russian fish to China collapsed by 67 percent compared with previous years. The official explained the situation by the influence of a coronavirus pandemic on the global economy and the economy of the Far East. At the same time, he believes that as a result, the optimal solution was found. We are talking about the mechanism of quotas in exchange for investments, which led to the construction of fish-processing factories in the country, so the fish was delivered to other regions and to Europe.
