The evacuation of compatriots in the Ministry of Defense began against the background of mass riots in the Central Asian republic. In the largest city of the country, Alma-Ata, people died during clashes of protesters with the police. Marauders appeared on the streets of the city, many shops and government agencies were looted. The first exporting flight flew from Kazakhstan on January 8.
Gradually, the situation in the southern borders of Russia is stabilized. In 14 Kazakhstan regions abolished red level of terrorist threat.
