Today, January 12, 2021, on the Baikonur cosmodrome, the RCC Energy team arrived to hold the final stage of the preparation of the Progress MS-19 Transport Cargo Ship under the program of the 80th Logistics Mission of the International Space Station.
With the completion of the festive holidays on the technical complex of the site No. 254, pre-flight tests of transport ships scheduled for flights on the ISS in 2022 are resumed. In the near future, the company’s specialists will begin work with the “Progress MS-19” ship in the workplace mode in the installation and test case.
In addition, in accordance with the schedule, the An-12 military transport aircraft with equipment and cargoes, intended for delivery to the ISS, is expected to arrive at the MCS-19 shipping.
Start of the Soyuz-2.1A carrier missile with the MS-19 Progress Cargo Ship is scheduled for February 2022 from Baikonur cosmodrome.
