According to her, Washington’s approach to these discussions will be pragmatic and aimed at the result. “We believe that there are areas where progress can be achieved if Moscow is realistic in its approaches. Earlier, a spokesman for the White House Jen Psaki at a briefing refused to comment on future negotiations with Russia.
