In Alma-Ata, a child died from gunshot wounded, another wounded. This is reported by the publication NUR.KZ in its Telegram account with reference to an authorized child in Kazakhstan Aruzhan Saine.
According to the children’s ombudsman, the 11-year-old boy died during the riots on Wednesday, January 5th. He went for a walk with his parents when he received a deadly gunshot wound.
Saine added that on January 7, during the protests, another child was injured. The 15-year-old teenager was driven with his father in the car when he fell under the shelling. Together with the parent he was hospitalized to the hospital. The child got heavy gunshot wounds, doctors provide him with all the necessary medical care. The state of his father is a children’s ombudsman did not specify.
