Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tleuberdi during a conversation with the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken informed him about a counter-terrorist operation conducted in the country with the participation of the peacekeeping forces of the Collective Security Treaty (CSTO).
