Siloviki cleared the area of ​​the Republic and the residence of the President in Almaty from the protesters. This is reported by TASS with reference to Khabar-24 TV channel.

The Agency’s correspondent also said that the security forces took control of the central square of the former capital, but rare shots are heard.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan threatened to eliminate the protesters providing armed resistance to law enforcement officers. The department reported that in the regions of the country, the blocks were deployed and reinforced patrols were held.
