“The operational headquarters, created under the administration of the Baikonur, fully controls the situation in the city. Baikonur will remain Russian until 2050. For rent of a cosmodrome, Russia pays about 115 million dollars annually. Moscow is going to refuse to rent 16 objects on the cosmodrome until the end of 2022.
