At least two military died during the anti-terrorist operation at Almaty Airport. This is reported by the publication Zakon.kz.
“When conducting an antiterrorist operation at Almaty airport, two military servicemen of the Republic of Kazakhstan killed,” the report says. Other details of the incident is not yet provided.
Earlier, Deputy Mayor Almaty Yerzhan Babakumarov said that anti-terrorist special operation began in the city. He said that the city’s airport was released and translated into a staffing mode of operation, at the moment there are no participants in the air harbor.
