Japan: revealed range of flight of ballistic missile of North Korea

The head of the Ministry of Defense of Japan Nobuo Kisi revealed the range of the presumably ballistic missile of North Korea. His words on Wednesday, January 5, leads RIA Novosti.

“We assume that in the case of the launch of a ballistic missile on a regular trajectory, she flew about 500 kilometers,” the minister said.

It is noted that this is the first possible test of armaments of the DPRK this year. The last time the DPRK conducted rocket tests in the fall last year.

Premier Japan Prime Minister Fumio Kisida, commenting on the launch, called regrettable the fact that the DPRK continues to conduct rocket tests.

January 5, the Renhap Agency with reference to the representative of the Committee of the headquarters of the Armed Forces of South Korea reported that the DPRK launched an unidentified projectile toward the Japanese Sea. It was assumed that this is a ballistic missile.
