Against the background of “gas” protests in Kazakhstan, a large network of qazaq gas station made a statement about the prices for liquefied gas in the Mangystau region. This is reported by Tengrinews portal.

The company said that against the background of increasing the cost of liquefied gas in the region, the price per liter of fuel in the gas station was managed at 65 tenge (11 rubles). For residents of the city of Zhanaozen Mangystau region, it will be 79 tenge (13.4 rubles).

in Qazaq Oil promised to “fully fulfill their obligations to corporate clients”, release gas for coupons and fuel cards “within the established price”. There also warned that due to limited reserves, limits for selling fuel to individuals can be introduced.

According to the company, the addition of additional volumes of liquefied gas and the resumption of its leave without restrictions is expected after January 10-12. After that, it is planned to sell fuel at a price of 85-90 tenge (14.4-15.2 rubles) per liter.

January 2, in the Mangystau region of Kazakhstan, protest shares against rising gas prices for cars began. Motorists demanded to reduce the cost of liquefied fuel, which sharply increased from 60 to 120 tenge (from 10.1 to 20.3 rubles) per liter. The police intervened, which tried to disperse rallies and applied the power to their participants.
