Scientists from Southampton and Edinburgh universities found the help of coffee for the body. According to them, its use reduces the risk of liver diseases and reduces the risk of death, writes the Mirror edition.
Researchers analyzed the data of 95.5 thousand people from Biobanka Great Britain. It turned out that the risk of chronic liver disease decreases by 21 percent of those who regularly drink coffee, while the likelihood of avoiding death increases by 40 percent, and thanks to Cavaol and the caféstol contained in coffee, 20 percent decreases the risk of liver hepatosis. According to the author of the study of Oliver Kennedy, this discovery is important for those countries where, due to low incomes, people have almost no opportunities for high-quality medical care.
Previously nutritionist Elean Kaidanyan stated that the habit of substantial amounts to add cream or milk to coffee could be harmful to people with a high level of cholesterol in the blood.
