Cosmonaut Roscosmos Alexander Misurnkin returned from the expedition to the ISS, which lasted 12 days, December 20, 2021. The next day, he began to participate in the post-flight stages of the experiment “Constellation LM 21/22”.
Daily Cosmonaut performed tasks on various simulators, demonstrating the skills of complex operator activities. The purpose of the “Constellation” experiment is to study the human ability to move, manage technique, perform various tasks when flying to the moon and Mars.
12-day expedition to the ISS, in which Alexander Misurnkin visited, can be compared with the flight to the moon and back. The first postolete study for Alexander Misurkin took place on the exit-2 simulator, then at a helicopter, further on the simulator of the planet tooth, as well as on the TS-18 and Don-Union simulators. Tests were held day after day.
According to Alexander Misurkin, the unpleasant sensations are quite quickly disappeared, therefore it makes sense to leave a number of tests for later. Better all the stages of “constellation” can be carried out as early as possible until the cosmonaut still feels the consequences of staying in weightlessness. With this initiative, Alexander Misurnkin plans to appeal to the experiment developers.
