Fire in Osaka began at about 10 am local time on December 17th. Tanimoto did a lot with the help of kerosene in the clinic located on the fourth floor of an office building. As a result, the whole floor caught fire. About 70 fire trucks and ambulances arrived at the scene.
Police reported that Tanimoto interfered with people to escape from the burning building, did not release them, covering them out. The fire blocked the exit to the stairs and to the elevator, it was the only way to salvation. People tried to hide in the interior, where they were poisoned by carbon monoxide.
