As the channel notes, the American RC-135V, performing a reconnaissance flight without contact with the dispatchers, got close to the Boeing 737 Passenger airliner, Belavia, who flew from Minsk to Tel Aviv. It is clarified that the difference in height between the two aircraft at some point was only 1.3 thousand meters.
Earlier in December, the Russian Foreign Ministry has already complained about provocative and dangerous actions by the US intelligence aviation in the Black Sea region. In particular, on December 3, RC-135V crossed the trajectory of the Russian aircraft, and the CL-600 intelligence aircraft – the trajectory of the Maltese airline liner, which flew from Sochi to Skopje. Similar cases were fixed in October.
In early December, it was also reported that Russian airspace controls recorded American RC-135 plane of intelligence and targeting CL-600 “Artemis” approaching to the boundaries of the country. For their accompaniment, Russian SU-27 and Su-30 fighters were raised.
