Serbia will give additional volumes of Russian gas in January-February 2022. This was announced by the President of the Republic of Alexander Vucich during the annual final press conference. His words leads TASS.
Vucic said that from January 1, Serbia will receive gas $ 270 per cubic meter. “Only we pay for an additional amount of gas that we take, and because of the development of the industry, because of the development of Serbia as a whole, it is necessary,” he noted.
“I also believe that we get from our Russian partners to get more by January and February 2022 from those provided, so we get an incomparably less price even for this additional amount that was not spoken previously and which we did not need 2020 and 2021, “Serbian leader stressed.
Vucich said that at the same time, Serbia doses daily in the west of two to five million cubic meters of gas. “Therefore, we ask for additional volumes from Russia. We receive the bulk volume of $ 270, and we hope to get at low prices at low prices,” the president explained. He stressed that he hoped for the solution of this issue in the course of negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of Gazprom Alexei Miller.
