In Belarus, the pensioner gave all his money with fraudsters who promised to “remove damage” from her grandson. About it reports BelTA.
The incident happened in the city of Baranavichi. Two women allegedly touched a buddy relationship with a 73-year-old pensioner and began to go to visit her under any pretext. Entering confidence, they said that she was damaged to her grandson, and offered to help.
Fraudshot said grandmother to get all the money in the house. She took her savings at eight thousand Belarusian rubles (232 thousand Russian) and laid out on the table. After spending a “ritual”, guests took almost half of the amount and said they would take into the monastery.
Three days later, one of the women took the remaining amount from the pensioner, read the prayer and left a half-liter bottle of water, from which the boy had to drink every day. The next day, the victim called the monastery, where she was advised to consult the police.
In early December in Sevastopol, two fortune-tellers robbed a 83-year-old pensioner by 480 thousand rubles during the ritual for the removal of damage.
