She offered to use Matkapital for expensive treatment and rehabilitation of children. A new way to apply these funds is needed in Russia: such a conclusion was made by Volynets, analyzing the appeal to the Office of the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in Tatarstan.
“Due to certain reasons, the family faces an unexpectedly installed child with a complex diagnosis of either partial / complete health due to an accident or traffic accident, which often before the establishment of disability requires significant financial costs from parents,” she emphasized .
