Russia’s proposals for security guarantees in Europe also heard in Washington, and in Kiev, and in the capitals of NATO countries. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov in an interview with the magazine “International Life”.
“Now we insist on obtaining legal, legally binding security guarantees, as announced by the president [Russia, Vladimir Putin] repeatedly. The president was heard – and with us, and abroad, in Washington, in Kiev, in the NATO capitals “WHERE HAVE”, “Diplomat said.
Ryabkov noted that Moscow’s proposals are pure aspirations to the world in Europe. “These are our real sentences. Understanding this must be introduced [in the West] by all means, and we will do this,” the diplomat said.
