By the end of 2023, the Naval Fleet of Russia (Navy) will receive an upgraded mini-cruiser “Admiral Chabanenko”, which will become a carrier of zircon hypersonic missiles. This is reported by the news agency.

After the modernization of Admiral Chabanenko, will also receive an extensive arsenal. It will become one of the regular carriers of the hypersonic missile “Zircon”, the tests of which are close to completion. In addition, he will carry the winged Rockets “Calibr” and X-35, as well as unique missiles-torpedoes “Answer”. Thus, “Admiral Chabanenko” will be able to work on any types of goals – surface, underwater, terrestrial and air.
