Central Bank suggested in the third quarter of next year to establish macropreential limits for consuming for Russians with debt load more than 80 percent of income or for a period of 5 years in the amount of 25 percent of new issuance for the quarter. At the same time, the microloans are invited to introduce a limit of 35 percent of new issuance.

At the same time, the Central Bank emphasizes that the establishment of such limits will contribute to the tightening of crediting standards, but this will not have a significant impact on the availability of loans and loans for Russians.

In late November, it was reported that Kalmykia and Tuva became regions of leaders in the level of leadership in 2021. The ratio of secondary bank debt for annual salary in Kalmykia is 100.1 percent (a year earlier was 86.9 percent). In Tuva, this indicator was 87.4 percent. Residents of Ingushetia (11.3 percent), Chechnya (22.6 percent) and Dagestan (22.8 percent) were the least asleep.
