The first stage of the installation of the storage system and the issuance of compressed gases is completed on the installation of a compressed gases to prepare for the launch of the Angara family launch. The project position is installed last cylinder. Massive cylinders weighing more than 4 tons and over 6 meters long are designed to receive, storing and issuing air, nitrogen and helium. A total of 1584 such cylinders were installed.

The next stage is the blocking of cylinders with process pipelines. These works will conduct specialists of contracting organizations under the leadership of the operating center of the objects of ground-based space infrastructure. After the required technological equipment is mounted, the test complex will begin: cleaning, purge, testing for strength and tightness.

The massive high-pressure cylinders began to arrive at the East Cosmodrome from July 6, 2020. The first batch of cylinders were aimed at the subsoil system of the Soyuz-2 technical complex systems, which will subsequently provide the test of the Angara-A5 launch vehicle during assembly and testing. The main scope of work to ensure the start of space missiles is carried out on the starting complex of the Angara launch vehicle.
