The number of victims of Typhoon Rai in the Philippines reached 326 people. This is reported by CNN Philippines with reference to the National Council on Risk Reduction and Disaster Elimination (NDRRMC).
NDRRMC also stated that 661 people were injured, another 58 lasted missing.
