Investigative Committee (SC) in the Altai Territory opened a criminal case under the article “Reliability” due to seals with the supply of coal in the region, the Office of the Office.

Residents complained of cold, but local authorities could not solve the problem with a lack of fuel.

“So far, residents of the district cannot acquire coal in sufficient quantities, which creates a threat to the health and well-being of citizens,” said SC. Dmitry Demeshin, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Demeshin, announced a warning to the Minister of Industry and Energy of the Altai Territory Vyacheslav Khimnochka. This is not the first region where coal deficiency problems began.

In December, the administration of the Omsk region complained to the authorities for coal shortage due to a sharp increase in prices and a series of bounce of suppliers to execute contracts. Earlier in the Altai Territory, the Russians began to illegally chop trees due to coal shortage.
